MINDFULNESS enables you to access your own inner resources and take better care of yourself by exploring the connection between mind and body. The world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, provides you with easily accessible methods of increasing well-being and decreasing stress. Attendance at one of the free orientation sessions is recommended prior to attending the class.
